Chuck is truly an exceptional corporate leader. He managed to get his entire organization - from the folks in the corner office to the people on the front lines with customers - to enthusiastically embrace a plan to transform the business. No small feat for a mature company in a mature industry. He understands the big picture, approaches decisions in a tempered and deliberate manner, seeks advice, builds consensus, and, most importantly, cares about the people who work for him.
